Concerns about young talent and a shortage of skilled workers are an issue everywhere, including at the FMG Förderelemente Mecklenburg GmbH. To counteract this, we consistently invest in training.
Day of training in companies
This year we are also part of the “Training in Companies” campaign.
The next day of training will take place on November 21, 2023. From 8 a.m. to 15 p.m., the day of action offers schools in the district of the Rostock Chamber of Industry and Commerce the opportunity to experience career orientation up close. On exciting bus routes, companies from Rostock, the district of Rostock and the district of Western Pomerania-Rügen present their apprenticeships to the young people.
