Concerns about young talent and a shortage of skilled workers are an issue everywhere, including at the FMG Förderelemente Mecklenburg GmbH. To counteract this, we consistently invest in training.
This year, we were once again awarded the "TOP Training Company 2023" distinction by the Rostock Chamber of Industry and Commerce. Simply getting young people excited about productive careers is already a challenge these days. Therefore, we try to establish contact with students and teachers at schools. We offer students internships and summer jobs at our company, thus fostering enthusiasm for skilled trades among young people.
